Old People Fighting.

American TV news has today been full of pictures of an elderly lady stumbling into a car because she is suffering from pneumonia while working flat out.
Instead of people sympathising with her everyone is talking about how she should have told all of
America that she was ill instead of struggling on to the point of exhaustion.

Well lets look at this from her point of view. Her opponent has been making all sorts of allegations against her, including casting asperstions about her health.
If she came out and said that she had pneumonia Donald Trump would have no doubt crowed that he had been right all along, so she can't really be blamed for trying to keep it quiet.

And her health really is her own business, the same as it is for everybody else. Who wants details of their own health made public knowledge, it's nobody else's business.
Some people might say 'But she's running for President, we should know her health details'. Well I'm a Brit so I'm watching all this from the other side of the ocean but I can't remember any previous elections where runners have had to make their health records public knowledge.

It seems to be Donald Trump that is making this an issue and everybody is letting him call the tune.
For those who say that they don't think Hilary Clinton is trustworthy, do you really think that Trump is honest?
If you think he is then please get in touch with me as I have lots of useless shit I can talk you into buying off me.

Seriously....this whole pneumonia thing is just so stupid and I can't believe she's getting flack for not revealing it.

Deep sigh. I'm ignoring this as much as I possibly can. November can't get here fast enough.

I will hold off on sharing my political views...but I will say I don't give a shit that she's sick. That's her business unless it causes her to drop out.

they're both two vile creatures, sad examples of human beings if we can even call them human. She did so many evil things here in Europe, and he is just sad to listen to or even look at :( It is sad how powers of evil are coming to power all around the world ..

Hey Tony, thanks for popping by my blog! Jeez, isn't it so odd that someone who's 70 years old gets sick once in awhile? She's only human!

I don't like her, but that aside.... there's speculation and evidence of Parkinsons Disease. I don't think you can have pneumonia for 90 minutes. If she's seriously ill then I believe she has a duty of responsibility to tell the public since she's running for prime spot.

Anyway, what kinda shit you got for sale?

A President Trump would be horrific but...
If Hillary had come out and said on Friday that pneumonia was the reason she was hacking so much in Cleveland, I know the American people would have sympathy for her and understand (I know I would).
Then, I honestly believe that people would look with a little more understanding on that horrible video of her on 9/11 (I'm convinced it will be replayed over and over). Because, pneumonia would be more plausible.
I also really wonder why, if she does have pneumonia (personally, if she does, I think there's more to it), why she was cavorting with that child once she left Chelsea's house? I thought pneumonia was contagious?
The problem is that nobody believes anything the Clintons say. Something smells. And it ain't bacala.
Incidentally, I don't trust Trump, either.
And there's the state of events here in Crazy Town.

The funny thing is that's what they want her to be extremely sick. At least Republicans are finally being concerned about a woman's health for once.

Both candidates are crap. I honestly don't know which way to vote. Of course, the country lost my confidence in the last election. I have to concede that most Americans are idiots, and we'll leave it at that. I'm looking forward to (and dreading) a revolution. At this rate, it's not far off. Those of us who still have a brain won't be silent much longer.
